Visa Requirement

1. Original valid passport at least a 9 month validity from the date of travel.
2. Visa Form filled all details and signed by Applicant as per passport.
3. Recent Coloured Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) should be:-

5. On matte finish paper
6. With White background
7. With 80% face coverage, non-smiling [without sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background
8. Not previously used in a visa
9. Covering Letter (Addressed to Embassy of Angola)
10. Invitation Letter in Portuguese Language from Angola, requesting for Work Visa, addressed to EMBAIXADA DE REPUBLICA DE ANGOLA, NOVA DELHI, INDIA.
11. Work Contract and Other Relevant Documents.
12. Current year Dar copy (Financial Documents) of invitee in Angola attested by Notary in Angola.
13. Original PCC attested by MEA and translated in Portuguese with Notary (while applying for visa and traveling)
14. Alvara commercial DIARIO DA REPUBLICA.
15. Curriculum Vitae of the candidate/applicant attested by MEA and translated to Portuguese with Notary.
16. University Diploma/degree of the candidate/applicant attested by MEA and translated to Portuguese with Notary.
17. Medical Certificate of the candidate/applicant attested by MEA and translated to Portuguese with Notary.
18. NOC from MINISTERIO DA ADMINISTRATCAO PUBLICA , EMPROGOE SEQURANCA SOCIAL (MINISTRY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SOCIAL SECURITY).

Medical Requirement

1. Original Yellow Fever Card is mandatory applying for Visa and Traveling.

Note

1. Two complete photocopied sets of each visa application are required, along with originals.
2. Effect from 12th March 2015, The Embassy has outsourced its visa processing to Unified Visa Assistance Pvt Ltd
3. All visa submissions and collections will be done at UVA and its service charges are applicable for every visa

Visa Requirement

1. Passport with a validity of nine months from the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States. It shall contain at least two blank pages to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets. It shall have been issued within the previous 10 years. No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
2. Application form to be filled and signed by the applicant as per passport. Form must be filled with one ink and no overwriting should be done.
3. Photo Specification: 4 Recent Colour Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa), 35mm x 45mm. White Background, Matte/ glossy finish, 80% Face coverage, , Non-smiling face, without spectacles, no head covering unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background.
4. Ticket itinerary.
5. Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory at the time of travel (issued at least 1 month before the date of travel).

If a Business person, then following documents are required:

1. Covering Letter on the business letter head, Addressed to Embassy of Angola, New Delhi mentioning the. Company profile, Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’ name as per passport, passport number, Designation in the company, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person of the company.
2. Incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.

If salaried person (Employee), then following documents is required:

1. Covering Letter on the business letter head, Addressed to Embassy of Angola, New Delhi mentioning the. Company profile, Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’ name as per passport, passport number, Designation in the company, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person of the company.
2. Incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.

Documents required from Invitee Company:

1. Original Invitation letter in Portuguese Language from Angola addressed on the business letter head, Addressed to Embassy of Angola, New Delhi mentioning the. Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’ name as per passport, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person.
2. Current year Dar copy of sponsor in Angola (Financial Documents).
3. Authorized person ID card copy.
